Roast Lamb and Red Pepper Wrap

I love it when you find stuff in the fridge you thing were there and then create something really tasty with them. At the start of the week I posted some images of Roast Lamb well I found remnants in the fridge and cooked up a tasty wrap. To my Lamb I added red and orange peppers. Add a good squirt of Heinz BBQ Sauce for smokey, spicy loveliness and you are done.

This is the third or fourth shoot I've done recently with leftovers, it's great what you can come up with two, three or seven days after you've had the main dish.
