Roast Lamb served with roast potatoes, parsnips, Yorkshire puds, mushrooms and gravy
I'm a bit delayed on posting this one due to shocking internet service but it's here now, a fabulous spread for a Monday evening it was enjoyed by everyone around the table. I'm not taking any claim to this one it is all Natalie's work, and fine work it was too.
The lamb was perfectly cooked golden and crispy on the outside and still slightly pink in the centre with that salty edge to it, beautiful. The potatoes were crispy on the out outside with a soft fluffy centre and the parsnips matched perfectly with a caramelised outside edge almost chewy and sweet a taste of heaven. Fabulous, rich gravy made the proper way from the meat juices was nothing less than perfect and beyond perfect when drizzled over the Yorkshire puddings, magical.
An excellent meal and highly enjoyable evening after seeing the kids in their school performances earlier it was a great day.
Enjoy
