Ham & Chicken Salad Ciabatta
A busy day finishing things off for my current job and starting to look for my next job, out tonight at SMUG in Brighton for an interesting talk. A massive ciabatta for lunch as I'll not be eating again today. No magic to this just use the best freshest ingredients especially the salad, no one likes soggy, limp salad.
