A super simple dish today after the fun of yesterday, Cod Fishcakes with egg noodles dressed with toasted sesame oil and sesame seeds and served with cucumber sticks. The garnish is coriander.
This took no time at all to cook and the kids loved it, always good when I can create something that both adults and children can enjoy ad it looks kinda grown up.
