Potato & Leek Soup with Toasted Tortilla
Nothing special for dinner tonight just a can of Heinz Soup and some pan toasted Tortillas. The Tortillas are coated in olive oil before being added to the pan and then liberally sprinkled with Maldon's Sea Salt.
Sometimes simple and tasty is the way to go.
