Chicken & Chorizo Quadrotti

After a busy day in London interviewing for a new job I arrived back in Southampton to be given these tasty morsels from those nice people at Sainsburys. Three and a half minutes in rapidly boiling water not the four that is says on the packet as they continue to cook for at least 30 seconds in the bowl. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and some sea salt, good pasta with a bite and the tasty filling still has a good texture.
More interviews and food to come and maybe a job at the end of it.
