Asian Salad



Asian Salad continues the theme from yesterday of great simple food that just happens to be healthy too. Today I've used medium noodles which give little more bite than the udon noodles I used for Yasia yaki udon


Crunch cabbage and almonds, crispy salad onoins and noodles given a nutty taste through the cooking method and a fabulous sweet, sour, salty dressing. add chicken to take it from vegetarian / side dish to a main.
