Raspberry shortbread with cherries
Tonight's dessert for the kids, I might have had a little too :).
Sainsbury's Raspberry Shortbread Thins layered with whipped double cream infused with a little Kirsch, stoned fresh cherries and garnished with icing sugar and grated Green and Blacks Organic Cherry Chocolate. Great mix of textures, flavours and aromas with that cherry theme running through it, we loved it.
