Chipolatas with pan fried Halloumi and caramelised red onions

Chipolatas with pan fried Halloumi and caramelised red onion.

Nothing overly difficult tonight, left over sausages warmed through in the frying pan, left over caramelised red onions made by Natalie, from memory I believe it is red onions, white wine vinegar, soft brown sugar and seasoning. Finally, pan fried Halloumi, slide the cheese, drizzle with olive oil and place in a hot dry frying pan, cook until golden.

That is it simple, tasty and comforting. Enjoy
