Fusilli with homemade tomato sauce and parmigiano regiano

Tonight's dinner super simple & super tasty.

Boil pasta and put aside, chop fresh tomatoes and add to a large moderately hot frying pan with olive oil. cook down the tomatoes slowly stir infrequently adding salt, pepper and sugar to taste.

You can add lots of things to taste making the sauce the way you want it, I added Italian seasoning and Tabasco sauce.

Once the sauce is ready add the cooked pasta and stir through, serve to large pasta bowl and grate over Parmiganio Regiano.

Eat and enjoy.
