I find food photography almost as interesting as food itself, it can be complex and challenging in flavour, smell and texture. The method of creation can be both timely and difficult just like the many ways on which food is shot.
However, when it comes down to it simple is generally best, this was shot in my kitchen with a 50mm lens on a relatively old 6 million pixel camera. I had natural light to the left and a small round reflector on the right. Tweeked and cropped on PSE7.
I enjoy the shot and feel it says enough about the cheese to make you to want to try it.
