After a fabulous first shoot yesterday with Chef Gary Ashley (ChefGary.com) I felt inspired to do something special with the left overs from the meal. Not feeling particularly energetic today and with a lot of work to do I stuck with something simple and fairly traditional, no recipe need but I'll give you a list of ingredients.
Ingredients
- 1 Duck breast, roast (from Chef Gary
- 2 Flat bread, grilled until crisp
- Hoisin sauce, to taste
- 1/8 Medium cucumber, thinly sliced
- 2 Spring onions, thinly sliced
